Beverly Hills is an unincorporated community in central Citrus County, originally platted in 1957 by developers Rose Mary and Don Bruder as an affordable retirement settlement. Today it is one of the most affordable established markets in the Nature Coast, with a residential grid of single family homes on quarter to half acre lots, the Fox Club Golf Course at its center, and easy access to Black Diamond Ranch, Citrus Memorial Hospital in Lecanto, and the Withlacoochee State Trail. Median home prices around $220K, the lowest of any K2 service area city.
